Your tasks: Order processing from the receipt of the order to its invoicing Internal customer support for customers domestic and abroad in cooperation with the Sales Managers as well as contacts with suppliers, freight forwarders, and contractual partners Ensuring customer satisfaction and compliance with the «On-Time-in-Full» (OTIF) delivery service Responsible for the professional handling of export business Active participation in the continuous optimization of processes and workflows Independent organization of various international transport variants Returns processing from A to Z as well as participation in complaint management Data management as well as creation of statistics and reportings Your profile: You have completed commercial training and have several years of professional experience, ideally in an industrial production company Knowledge of export business as well as transport logistics is an advantage You have an affinity for technical and consultancy-intensive products You recognize opportunities for innovation and optimization and work on their implementation, together with other contact persons Service orientation is a matter of course for you; you are committed, proactive, have good organizational skills, and possess cross-departmental thinking You can maintain an overview even in hectic times, have an eye for the holistic, and live a constructive feedback culture at all times You have proficient German skills (spoken & written) as well as good English skills (spoken & written) MS-Office knowledge is required, and ideally, you have good SAP knowledge Employees of the Group work in an innovative and technologically demanding environment in which safety, quality, service orientation, and sustainability are central.
