YOUR ADVANTAGES WITH US • A workplace in the heart of Bern • Paid changing time • Contribution to mobility costs • Discount at the Salem-Apotheke • Contribution to fitness subscription Here you can see in more detail which benefits you can profit from: Teamdiagnose.ch YOUR TASKS ## • Together with the team, you receive our patients, visitors, and customers, represent the clinic, and create a benevolent atmosphere • You are the first point of contact, work closely with all departments, and are responsible for an optimal flow of information (reception, patient admission, emergency, doctors, and bed departments) • Operating the telephone switchboard is as much part of your tasks as various administrative works • Together with the team, you cover early and late shifts as well as weekends YOUR PROFILE ## • You are a skilled reception personality with several years of professional experience and know how to receive guests professionally and cordially • You are used to shifts in the evening as well as on weekends • Openness to new things, high flexibility, and commitment are a matter of course for you • Communicating in the German and French languages is no trouble for you (any additional language, especially English and Italian, is an advantage) • You have good PC user skills and a technical flair for various operating systems • You are the first contact person for our guests and convince with a well-groomed appearance, high customer orientation and a pronounced service excellence mentality. • You recognize needs proactively, act in a solution-oriented manner, and create a positive guest experience at every encounter. • With your warm, service-oriented manner, your ability to work in a team, and loyalty, you enrich our reception team.
