SENIOR HUMAN RESOURCES BUSINESS PARTNER (f/m)

Your tasks:

• Responsibility for a defined, complex personnel area regarding personnel planning, recruitment, personnel development etc.
• Close cooperation in a small personnel team, deputy at the same level, especially in the area of salary administration and social insurance
• Support and advice to line managers in all personnel matters, operationally and conceptually, implementation of case management processes
• Single Point of Contact for internal employees in all personnel matters and the associated personnel administration including specialist analyses, KPI statistics, department monitoring etc.
• Active participation in various HR projects in the overall company, interdisciplinary cooperation within the whole company for specific tasks and close exchange with the supervisor

Your profile:

• Academic basic training at Bachelor and/or Master level or equivalent vocational training with further training in the field of HR, management or business administration
• Several years of practical experience in HR business (if possible in a generalist function in the entire HR life cycle)
• Proven track record in a high-level specialist position of a demanding trading or technology company of corporate size and with international character
• German as a native language, English oral/written important, French oral desirable
• Ideally good knowledge of Swiss labor law and the regional HR environment, Abacus and Workday knowledge is an advantage
