ICT Supporter 100% (m/w/d)

Your tasks: • Receipt of fault reports, questions and change requests from employees, lecturers and students • First and Second Level Support according to internal escalation scheme: rectification of simple faults, initiation of workarounds etc. • Providing notebooks for the employees • Creation of user accounts and their management in the Active Director • Setting up and testing of access permissions at data level & Exchange • Creation of workstation instructions in the ICT area upon request • Introduction of new employees and students into the ICT environment Your profile: • Completed training in computer science - Several years of experience as an ICT Supporter, System Administrator or IT Coordinator • In-depth basic knowledge in the field of IT and network technology • Basic knowledge in the areas of ITSM, IT processes and IT project methods • High customer and quality awareness and a pronounced sense of service - Your mother tongue is German and you have fluent English skills • Confident appearance as well as a well-groomed appearance • Resilient, reliable, communicative and an independent way of working
