What you can contribute

• Develop decision-making bases for the Cyber Command leadership team and the higher echelon
• Manage and steer the global risk portfolio (operations) in close collaboration with the audit management within the Cyber Command
• Plan and coordinate analyses based on risk management, assess and prioritize risks, monitor the implementation of risk mitigation measures with line managers
• Develop the risk management process and promote a sustainable risk culture within the Cyber Command
• Pursue the development of the risk management process according to the GRC (governance, risk and compliance) approach and promote a sustainable risk culture within the Cyber Command
• Actively represent the Cyber Command within technical commissions and working groups of the higher echelon and with important partners

What makes you unique

• University degree or from a specialized higher education school (bachelor/master) in business management or specialized continuing education in risk management and/or audit, with several years of relevant experience for the position
• Good active knowledge in at least a second official language and, ideally, passive knowledge in a third
• Excellent analytical and conceptual skills, experience in preparing management reports and writing decision-making bases
• Strong communication, presentation, and advisory skills, experience in collaborating with different stakeholders
• A military career as an officer of the Swiss Army, engagements within the staff of a Large Unit or assignments to a command or a staff constitutes an asset
