To strengthen the team at the Emmenbrücke-Luzern location, we are looking for a committed personality as HR Business Partner (a).

Your area of responsibility:

• Advising and supporting employees and managers in all HR matters
• Accompanying the entire employee lifecycle from entry to exit
• Sparring with managers on people, leadership and organizational topics
• Clarification of personnel requirements and requirement profiles
• Accompanying recruitments and conducting job interviews together with the managers
• Support in conflicts, absences, changes and demanding personnel situations
• Accompanying the onboarding, development and offboarding process
• Ensuring HR presence and HR processes at the Emmenbrücke-Luzern location
• Close cooperation and coordination with HR Services and HR Development
• Identification of business and industry needs and their development
• Support for all business areas of the IDS Group within the assigned region

You bring with you:

• Completed studies or comparable further training in the field of Human Resources or business administration
• Several years of sound professional experience as an HR Business Partner or in a comparable HR function, with experience in the area of leadership coaching being an advantage
• Sound knowledge of the entire HR lifecycle as well as a good understanding of labor law and personnel management issues
• Strong advisory competence and enjoyment in working with managers and employees at different levels
• Entrepreneurial thinking, high initiative and the ability to implement HR topics in a solution-oriented and pragmatic manner
• Strong communication, trustworthy and empathetic personality with a confident appearance
• Structured and independent way of working as well as a high service orientation and networked thinking
• Enjoyment in actively accompanying change processes and helping to shape the further development of organization, leadership and employees
• Very good German skills in speaking and writing
• Confident handling of MS Office and ideally experience with modern HR systems (Abacus) and digital HR processes
