Food & Beverage Manager

The "dieci al lago" is located on the lake promenade in Rapperswil and is one of the most popular and well-known meeting points on the upper Zürichsee. The operation includes the Pizza & Pasta (80 seats inside, 150 seats outside), the Caffèbar (20 seats inside, 60 seats outside), the Bar (80 seats inside, 120 seats outside), the upscale Ristorante al lago on the 1st floor (60 seats inside, 60 seats outside), as well as the banquet hall. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Food & Beverage Manager m/f (100%) immediately or by agreement. Your area of responsibility includes: • Ensuring and continuously optimizing business processes • Employee training • Calculation and implementation of the food and beverage menu • Compliance with quality and hygiene standards • Purchasing including invoice and goods control • Willingness and commitment to work on weekends and evenings Your qualifications and competencies: • Training and professional experience in the hotel or restaurant industry • High sense of responsibility and team ability • Appealing, well-groomed appearance • Front-oriented personality • Very good German and Italian language skills • Valid driver's license category B Please send your complete application documents by E-Mail to:
