Your missions
Manage and develop an existing client portfolio by ensuring a close and trusting relationship.
Identify new business opportunities and actively contribute to the development of turnover.
Prospect and develop new clients and markets, particularly internationally.
Understand client needs and requirements in order to propose suitable technical and commercial solutions.
Collaborate closely with internal teams to build relevant and competitive offers.
Drive and coordinate tenders and commercial proposals, from the analysis of needs to the submission of the offer.
Ensure regular monitoring of market developments, client needs, new technologies, and competition.
Develop and maintain a structured sales pipeline and ensure reliable follow-up of opportunities and sales forecasts via the CRM.
Participate in client meetings, professional events, and Business Development actions.
Develop lasting relationships with different interlocutors and support opportunities until their realization.
Your profile
Bachelor or Master in mechanical, electrical, electronic, mechatronics engineering or equivalent technical training.
2 to 5 years of experience in Sales, Account Management, Business Development or in a technical-commercial function.
Successful experience in account development and new client acquisition.
Solid technical understanding and ability to grasp complex products and solutions.
Ability to transform client needs into relevant technical and commercial solutions.
Commercial temperament with a true capacity for prospecting and opening new accounts.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
Autonomy, proactivity, sense of responsibility, and results orientation.
Comfortable in an international and multicultural environment.
Experience in using a CRM and managing a sales pipeline is an asset.
Fluent French and English, both spoken and written.
