To complete our Reservations team, we are looking for a: Client Service and Standard Coordinator Under the responsibility of our Reservations & Revenue Manager, your mission will be to ensure the distribution of various calls to the concerned services and to take reservations within your perimeter. Your main responsibilities will be: To guide, advise and retain our customers while ensuring a professional, personalized and quality service Manage incoming calls and transfer calls to other services Take and deliver messages to the different services of the hotel Perform simple reservation requests for the F&B department (calls/emails) Support the Front Office service in its administrative tasks: gift vouchers, concierge services, ... Prepare daily various reports Support the reservations team in their daily operations: managing traces, sending confirmations, sending and tracking payment links, pro-formas, ... Promote the different services of the hotel and the Groupe Michel Reybier Hospitality Apply the hotel's quality standards and Leading Hotels of the World Sought profile: Mastery of computer tools is essential With an excellent presentation and a very good relational sense, your team spirit, rigor and dynamism will be indispensable qualities. Autonomy, organization, flexibility and availability will be major assets for this position.
