Our Client Desk team - a motivated mix of young and experienced employees with a high customer focus - is looking forward to a communicative, team-oriented personality. These are your tasks ## • Processing and coordination of inquiries from national and international banks in the area of Mandatory Cash Related Corporate Actions (dividends, interest, and repayments) across all relevant markets • Clarification of entitlement questions as well as booking and payment differences • Clarifications with banks, custodians, CSDs, paying agents, and other market participants for correct and timely settlement • Research via internal and external systems, data sources, and market documents • Collaboration with internal specialist departments • Processing of customer escalations as well as participation in the optimization of processes and service quality What you bring with you ## • Commercial training, banking apprenticeship, or comparable qualification • Ideally experience in Asset Servicing, Custody, Corporate Actions, or Securities Operations • Excellent communication skills in spoken and written German and English (min.
