In order to strengthen our teams, we are looking for a: After-Sales Service Group Leader A true link between field teams and customers, you occupy a central position within our after-sales service activity. Available and attentive, you set the course for your team and accompany them daily in their missions, with a constant objective of quality and customer satisfaction. As a group leader, you are responsible for the following missions: Supervise and accompany a team of 13 technicians (after-sales service & special works/repair) Manage the administrative and human follow-up of your team (hours, holidays, annual meetings, …) Monitor and analyze performance and quality indicators (breakdown rate, visit rate, recurring breakdowns, etc.) in order to support the team in achieving its objectives Maintain close collaboration with our technical-sales staff: Preparation of quotes, management of priorities, customer communication, etc. Provide your support and technical expertise to your team Promote the safety culture within your team by actively contributing to its dissemination, to the awareness of your team and to the application of QSE good practices Contribute actively to the evolution of work processes and the skills of your team Occasionally prepare offers in support of technicians Your background and talents: You hold a qualification in a technical field (mechanics, electricity, automation,…) and have confirmed experience of several years in the elevator field You are recognized for your excellent interpersonal skills and your ability to unite a team (leadership) Proactive, you take initiatives and informed decisions Autonomous and organized, you know how to prioritize and manage your time efficiently Calm and thoughtful, you manage unforeseen events with pragmatism and efficiency You possess a driver's license We offer you: A stable and rewarding position within a human-sized family business A work environment based on trust and collaboration, where mutual aid between colleagues is a daily reality A fulfilling corporate living environment where your ideas are listened to and where you can actively contribute to improvement projects Flexible working conditions, with real attention paid to work/life balance, including bridge days offered during public holidays jpid69948f9jm jpit0625jm jpiy26jm
