Your tasks

• Consulting and support of the managers and employees of the assigned areas throughout the entire Employee Life Cycle
• Support of managers in recruitment, personnel planning, development, performance topics, as well as labor law issues
• Accompanying and consulting on leadership, organizational, and change topics as well as in demanding conversation and conflict situations
• Responsibility for case management topics in cooperation with managers, employees, and relevant internal or external bodies
• Proactive participation in the further development and optimization of HR processes
• Participation in HR projects as well as in cross-departmental initiatives within the framework of the corporate and personnel strategy

Your profile

• Completed higher vocational training in the field of Human Resources, e.g., HR-Fachfrau/-mann with eidg. Fachausweis, CAS/MAS HRM or a comparable further education
• Several years of professional experience in a generalist HR function, ideally as an HR Business Partner
• Experience in the consulting and support of managers
• Sound knowledge throughout the entire Employee Life Cycle
• Good knowledge of Swiss labor law
• Understanding of operational processes as well as a strong ability to cooperate with different business areas
• Strong communication, empathy, and conflict resolution skills
• Independent, solution-oriented way of working with high initiative
• High service orientation and a reliable appearance towards internal stakeholders
• Very good German skills in spoken and written form as well as good French skills for the support of the Chavornay location
• Willingness to travel regularly to the Chavornay location
