We are looking for a COMMIS DE CUISINE OR DEMI-CHEF DE PARTIE (CDI) for 1er September 2026 Under the direction of the Chef de Cuisine, you: Ensure the adequacy between the dishes and the technical sheets you prepare Will carry out, coordinate and manage in an autonomous and rational manner all the operations of your section necessary for the implementation, preparation and dressing of dishes within the framework of the technical and aesthetic standards of the establishment. Will help evaluate supply needs and manage stocks and orders Will respect HACCP and safety standards Ideally from a hotel training type BEP/CAP, BAC PRO, or BTS, you justify significant experience in a similar position and establishment starred in the Michelin guide You are motivated, have a keen sense of organization and teamwork.
