Secretary Receptionist L'Etude Leximmo, active in construction and real estate law, is looking for, in order to ensure the reception of its clientele and the proper management of the firm, Secretary-receptionist (100% or rate to be agreed) This position is central to our daily operations: you will be the first contact for our clients, both in person and by telephone, and an essential support to the entire team. Your missions Reception and reception Physical and telephone reception of clientele, in French and English Management of the telephone switchboard for the firm's lawyers Reception and orientation of visitors with professionalism and courtesy Administrative management and management Mail management: morning collection and evening deposit of all mail, internal distribution of mail General management of the premises, ordering of material and monitoring of invoices Management of archives Secretarial support Support to the legal secretaries: dictation (letters and proceedings) and routine secretarial tasks Replacement of secretary colleagues during their absences and vacations Profile sought CFC commercial employee Previous experience in a law firm or a legal environment would be an advantage Sense of service and discretion (confidentiality of client files) Perfect mastery of French, ease in English both orally and in writing (typing under dictation), mastery of current IT tools (Office365) and upcoming ones (digital justice, DMS) Ability to manage several tasks simultaneously with calm and organization, including during periods of high demand.
