Mandated by one of our clients, we are looking for a Cook holding a CFC for a penitentiary establishment. The person will work under the responsibility of the head chef and will participate in the preparation of the establishment's meals, approximately 1500 meals per day. They will carry out their activity within the framework of a kitchen workshop involving incarcerated persons. \-\-\-\-\-\-\- Profile sought: Training CFC as a cook or training deemed equivalent Confirmed experience in collective catering desired Experience in large-capacity collective catering is an asset Technical knowledge Mastery of basic culinary techniques and volume production Good knowledge of HACCP standards Knowledge of food traceability procedures Ease in using professional kitchen equipment Personal skills Sense of organization and priorities Ability to work under pressure Developed team spirit Rigor and punctuality Sense of responsibility Excellent stress management Respect for the institutional framework Discretion and confidentiality Special working conditions Work in a penitentiary environment Daily contact with incarcerated persons Respect for the establishment's security rules Working hours: 06h30 \- 11h30 / 12h30 \- 18h30 (variable hours according to the needs of the service) Regular work on weekends and public holidays Mandatory wearing of protective equipment and professional attire Security check prior to starting duties (clean criminal record as well as a certificate of no debt enforcement dating from less than 6 months) The person would be trained by our recruitment \& skills department on security measures in a penitentiary environment.
