The position holder will be responsible for:
Participating in the definition of the institution's orientations and ensuring the administrative, technical, and financial management of the activities undertaken;
Designing, coordinating, and organizing sociocultural activities to meet the demands of a resident, a group of residents, or the institution within the framework of RPSA's sociocultural support concept;
Carrying out the continuous evaluation of these activities, in order to improve methods or organization if necessary, or to readjust objectives and provide related indicators to their hierarchy;
Energizing social, cultural, and relational life within the establishment, with various internal and external partners, by involving them in projects;
Participating in the reception of the resident, gathering the necessary conditions to ensure warm supervision and creating a convivial environment, favorable to their well-being;
