Customer Advisor - Call Center Agent

Welcome to inova Personal AG For our client, an international and modern company located in Tägerwilen, we are looking for several Customer Advisors - Call Center Agent 50-100% immediately or by arrangement. Your tasks: • Conducting and logging incoming telephone calls in the technical field • Support and professional advice for customers • Receiving and processing disturbances in 1st-level support • Optimization of the customer portfolio, identifying sales opportunities (Sales, Up- and Cross-selling) • Working hours: Mo – Sun/Holidays: 07:00 – 24:00 • Intensive training (3 weeks at 100%) with full salary • Customer-oriented, friendly product and service advice Your profile: • Initial practical experience in technical customer support, strong service orientation as well as a high technical affinity and quick comprehension. • Good PC skills, advanced IT user knowledge • Good understanding of telecommunications and good communication • Affinity for sales and consulting (Sales, Up- and Cross-selling) • Eloquent, motivated, technically savvy, flexible and reliable • Availability at 100% during the 3-week training period • Shift readiness: You will be scheduled every second Sunday and predominantly in the evening and on weekends • Accent-free German as well as CH-German understanding • Italian, English and French are an advantage We offer: • A responsible task in an operating company • Flexible deployment possibilities with workload 50% - 100% • A collegial working environment in a nice team • Development opportunities in the telecommunications industry • Attractive benefits and further training opportunities • Quick and competent advice The next step: Send us your application documents, preferably by e-mail.
