Job Description: First-class advice and support for our customers via telephone and e-mail Receipt, processing, and follow-up of customer inquiries regarding eyeglass lenses and services Processing of inquiries, orders, complaints, as well as monitoring delivery dates in SAP, CRM, and Salesforce programs Coordination and close cooperation with the areas of production, edging service, logistics, field service, and technical support Building and maintaining long-term and trusting customer relationships Assessment of lens designs, materials, and coatings as well as creating credit notes Active participation in the continuous improvement of our service and advisory quality What you bring with you: Completed training as an optician (m/f/d) Professional experience in the optics industry as well as in (telephone) sales is an advantage Very good German and French skills are required, Italian skills are an advantage Independent, reliable, and structured way of working as well as the ability to maintain an overview even in hectic situations Confident handling of common MS Office applications and digital work tools High teamwork skills as well as enjoyment in working with various internal and external contact persons Are you ready for the next career step?
