What you achieve ##

• You independently manage a defined contract portfolio and are an important contact person for our customers.
• You process diverse inquiries from companies, insured persons, their representatives, and brokers and find suitable solutions.
• You carry out mutations and process demanding business cases such as payouts, the distribution of free funds, buy-in calculations, or home ownership promotion (WEF).
• You ensure correct and timely processing of the collection, reminder, and debt collection processes.
• You work closely with internal specialist departments and contribute to a high quality of service with your expertise.
• You actively contribute to the further development of our processes and our customer service.

What you bring ##

• You have a commercial basic education.
• You have experience in the social insurance sector, ideally in occupational pension.
• You work independently, reliably, and solution-oriented and enjoy direct customer contact.
• You communicate with stylistic confidence in German; good French skills are an advantage.
• You are proficient in using IT applications and enjoy learning new systems. Experience with MS Pension is a plus.
• You are a committed, team-oriented personality who maintains an overview even with more complex issues.
