To be able to respond effectively to our strong growth and the demands of our clients, we are looking for our Lausanne or Geneva site DYN SA: A mandate manager and auditor at 80-100% Your mission: • Supervision of the keeping of general and analytical accounting for a regional client portfolio • Review of annual accounts and verification of their compliance with current standards • Planning, conduct and finalization of audits • Organization of debriefings with clients and formulation of relevant recommendations • Supervision and management of a team of collaborators • Being the guarantor of regulatory compliance and advising clients in an evolving environment • Evaluation of risks and opportunities related to client activities Your profile: • Holder of the federal diploma of Expert-accountant, approved auditor or • Holder of a federal certificate of specialist in finance and accounting, fiduciary agent or equivalent; federal diploma being a plus • Ease of communication with clients, good adaptability, sense of priorities • Excellent knowledge of the Romand economic fabric • Mastery of usual computer tools (excel, word, outlook) and professional software • Perfect mastery of French, very good knowledge of English • Autonomous, responsible, dynamic, willing, versatile, flexible, organized and able to take initiatives Our offer: • A digitized, stimulating and well-located work environment • A flexible organization: 40h/week annualized, modular schedules, telework • Opportunities for professional development: internal/external training, support for skills development • An HR policy focused on well-being, with solid social conditions and attractive remuneration
