PAYROLL SPECIALIST / SOCIAL INSURANCE PROFESSIONAL 80 - 100 % (m/f)

Your tasks:

• Responsibility for a partial area of the comprehensive payroll and social insurance system as well as deputy at the same level in a small, familiar team of specialist professionals
• Management, monitoring, as well as pre- and post-processing of monthly payroll transactions as well as the social and personnel insurance system, including preparatory work for monthly and annual figures
• Ensuring versatile payroll administration as well as management of the time tracking system, personnel mutations, etc.
• Single Point of Contact regarding specific questions (customers, employees, management team, etc.) as well as externally (insurances, pension fund, institutions)
• Active participation in various HR projects throughout the company, interdisciplinary cooperation within the entire company on specific tasks, regular exchange with the HR Manager

Your profile:

• Professional training in Human Resources Management (or comparable training in a business administration environment)
• Minimum two, three years of practical experience in HR payroll (if possible in a specialist function)
• Proven performance in an HR specialist function of a demanding commercial, service, or industrial company
• German as a native language, knowledge of a second national language or English is an advantage, high IT affinity
• Ideally good knowledge of Swiss labor and social insurance law and the regional HR environment, willingness to travel sporadically to various branches in the region
