Head of HR 80-100% with a focus on recruitment, consulting, and further development Our client, the Stiftung Weidli in Stans (NW), is a non-profit institution that accompanies, promotes, and supports adults with disabilities in their inclusion. It offers diverse forms of living, workplaces, and daily structures that enable as much self-determined living as possible. Around 160 employees are engaged daily in this mission. Due to the retirement of the long-standing job holder, we are looking for a team-oriented as well as organizationally and communicationally strong leader as of 1. March 2027. Your tasks Shaping the HR strategy and further development of the foundation Leading the HR department and participating in the executive management Advising the line management and supporting employees in the protected workplace Recruiting specialists, apprentices, as well as civil service workers Ensuring personnel administration and cooperation with external stakeholders Developing regulations, HR fundamentals, and processes Responsible for the salary system, budget, and the apprenticeship system Co-shaping personnel events and further developing the team Your profile Completed higher vocational training in the field of Human Resources Several years of sound HR leadership experience, ideally in the private sector Comprehensive experience in recruitment, line consulting, and case management / BGM Empathic, integral, and resilient personality with high social competence Strong negotiating skills with stylish, clear, and target-group-oriented communication High digital affinity and proficient in handling established IT systems Your perspectives As a leader, you will lead the HR department in a meaningful key role.
