For our location in Laufen / Baselland, we are looking for a Dispatcher / Customer Service Clerk (m / f / d) In this demanding role, you are responsible for the following key tasks: • Receipt and processing of service and damage reports • Processing of service cases in CRM and SAP • Dispatching (appointment and route planning for service technicians in the field) • Contact person for various customer inquiries • Billing of service orders and material using CRM and SAP • Material orders for service orders and for the customer service warehouse • General administrative tasks Ideally, you have already gained professional experience in customer service and dispatching. Furthermore, you enjoy telephone contact with our customers. You speak Swiss German and preferably have good French skills. You are familiar with using a PC (MS Office, possibly SAP).
