Your activity ### Technical direction and development of the QM field with 5 employees Guarantee of compliance with regulatory requirements (RoHS, REACH, EU regulation 20I7/745, medical devices, PRRC) Responsibility for the quality management system, including certification audits and customer audits Conducting data analysis, management reviews, and training on processes and documents Management of contracts and documents (customer/supplier contracts, QSV, NDA, classifications) Introduction and implementation of the quality management system in accordance with current standards Conducting internal and external audits Compliance with regulatory requirements (RoHS, REACH, others) Creation and verification of product specifications and processing of requests Management and optimization of deviation management and updating of QM documentation Technical direction of the measurement laboratory, including the definition and development of inspection instructions, inspection standards, and error catalogs Participation in process engineering (equipment technology, process improvement, technical issues) Your profile ### A complete technical education (FH/HF) and in-depth knowledge in quality management Several years of experience in the quality field within the medical technology sector Analytical and structured mindset, particularly when it comes to defining processes and documenting them in accordance with the QMS Proficiency in computer systems and ERP, SAP R3 and skills in Q.Wiki knowledge ### Very good written and oral command of German and English Good negotiation skills and ability to communicate confidently on complex subjects Active and solution-oriented approach, with efficient and practical methods Languages ### German
