Previous experience as a financial advisor is not essential: structured training and professional support are provided. Our client, a recognized Swiss financial institution and certified Top Employer, is looking for several Financial Advisors in Suisse romande. This opportunity may particularly suit people from banking, insurance, sales, commerce, customer service or other professions involving a strong relational dimension, as well as graduates wishing to start their career in financial advisory. Your future activity: After your integration and as your training progresses, you will be required to: advise and support your clients in their global financial planning; identify their financial needs and objectives; support them in the areas of pension planning, insurance, investment and real estate financing; develop and retain your own client portfolio; build long-term relationships of trust; actively develop your network and acquire new clients; gradually organize and manage your activity with strong autonomy. Training and support: You benefit from a structured environment including: training in the fields of insurance, pension planning, investment and real estate financing; support towards professional certifications recognized in Switzerland, notably the Brevet fédéral; regular coaching provided by experienced professionals; high-performance digital tools and a CRM; a structured methodology to develop and retain your clientele; an environment meeting the regulatory requirements of the Swiss financial market. Profile: We are primarily looking for people with strong relational and commercial potential, wishing to invest themselves sustainably in a new professional direction. You particularly match the profile if you: have good interpersonal skills and enjoy contact with clients; have a marked interest in finance, pension planning and advisory; are persevering and results-oriented; are willing to actively develop your own clientele and your network; have been established in Switzerland for at least 5 years; are fluent in French (minimum C1 level); have a valid work permit in Switzerland; demonstrate irreproachable professional ethics; are looking for a professional project in which to invest yourself long-term. Remuneration works mainly on commission: your income evolves directly according to your results and the development of your clientele. There is therefore no glass ceiling: the more your activity develops and your performance progresses, the more your remuneration potential increases. Same logic for management: you do not have to wait for a position to become available.
