• Active co-development of the pulmonary center, participation in project and working groups at USB as well as strategic further development as a member of the clinic management
• Operational and personnel management of the inpatient nursing units in a complex, university environment with high dynamics
• Ensuring optimal nursing quality in close cooperation with the Shared Leadership Team of the ward (nursing expert, deputy ward manager, main responsible instructor)
• Ensuring the economic and budget-compliant provision of services and service recording (cost center responsibility)
• Ensuring the continuous further development of clinical nursing practice towards Best Practice-Best Care and evidence-based, result- and person-centered nursing as well as implementation of the goals and measures from the vision of total nursing
• Responsibility for targeted organizational development as well as the personnel development of employees, apprentices and students

What you bring with you ###

• Nursing diploma HF/FH and management training (CAS/MAS/Führungsfachfrau/Führungsfachmann) with several years of professional and leadership experience
• Experience in dealing with complex patient situations as well as solution- and implementation-oriented way of thinking and acting
• Business-oriented thinking and acting as well as knowledge in project and change management
