Spindle Repair Advisor / Service Techniker 2nd Level Spindles

Your tasks ###

• Creating of offers and failure reports based on internal analysis reports, in German and English as well as decisions on warranty acceptance, goodwill and warranty rejection.
• Creating of analyses on causes of failure, failure statistics, costs, risk assessments, warranty or goodwill costs and reporting to the Manager Technical Support Spindles
• Collaboration with the Manager Technical Support Spindles for strategic questions regarding spindle exchange stock, procedure, process, special cases, pricing, communication
• Customer consultation on spindle and order processing technical questions
• 20-30 % support of the service in the function as Service Techniker 2nd Level Spindles, 20% travel activity worldwide

Your profile ###

• Technical basic training such as e.g. Polymechaniker or Automatiker / further training as Techniker HF an advantage
• High flexibility in dealing with the various internal and external customers
• High resilience even in hectic situations
• Strong customer orientation as well as solution-oriented
• Business fluent in German and English, further languages an advantage
