What to expect

• Management of the modernization business unit in the branch as well as responsibility for achieving budget targets through optimal use of resources
• Functional and disciplinary leadership of the subordinate sales employees
• Development of strategies and action plans for processing the respective market/customer segments based on portfolio analyses
• Coaching of sales employees with the goal of improving their skills (in the areas of lead management, project management, negotiation -)

What you bring

• Completed technical or commercial basic training
• Additional training in the area of sales
• Several years of sales and leadership experience
• Experience in the elevator industry is an advantage
• Project management skills as well as basic technical knowledge and understanding
• Good knowledge of the local language, other languages an advantage
