Are you an HR professional with solid international experience? Do you want to play a key role in the HR strategy of a group present on a global scale? This opportunity is for you
Our client is an international group established in Switzerland, active in many markets around the world. With more than a century of history, it operates in a multicultural and constantly evolving environment.
In order to strengthen its HR organization, our client is looking for Global HR. You will be responsible for three major areas: global HR Business Partnering, Swiss headquarters HR operations, and the compensation & benefits part.
Your tasks at your new employer
Advise leaders of global functions on their strategic HR issues.
Support managers on organizational, engagement, and retention issues.
Supervise recruitment for strategic positions and global functions.
Coordinate international mobility and key employee lifecycle processes.
Manage the resources dedicated to headquarters HR operations.
Drive processes related to talent, succession, performance, and organizational development.
Guarantee the compliance of HR practices with Swiss legislation.
Define and evolve the global compensation and benefits strategy.
Supervise grading processes, benchmarking, salary reviews, and variable compensation.
Collaborate with international HR teams as well as with other departments and external partners.
You offer your new employer
Ideally 10 years of HR experience in an international and matrix environment.
Significant experience in HR Business Partnering with senior executives.
Proven experience in team management.
Excellent mastery of Swiss labor law, payroll, and social insurance.
A solid expertise in compensation & benefits
Strong communication, influence, and stakeholder management skills.
A higher education in HR, Business Administration, or a similar field, as well as an excellent level of French and English.
