This is what your everyday life looks like ##

• The well-being of our customers is important to you - good! Because processing customer requests is one of your main tasks.
• You advise customers personally, by telephone, or via e-mail - in very good German, and preferably in another foreign language.
• One Team: You work closely with your colleagues and support them with address procurement, lead processing, and scheduling.
• You proactively assist in completing various sales-related and administrative tasks.

What you bring with you ##

• Most importantly: It is noticeable that you enjoy being around people - you approach them openly and your positive manner is infectious.
• A completed vocational training in KV, retail, or another exciting profession - we are open to that.
• Ideally, you have experience in the health insurance industry and have already obtained the VBV certificate - and if not, we will support you with it.
• You can respond well to your counterpart, listen, and love helping others.
