As part of the development of our Benefits Division P&C Department, specializing in claims management and recognized for the quality of its customer service, we are looking for a Claims Benefits Manager - in the property insurance branches (m/f/x) at an activity rate between 80% to 100%.

In this role, you are responsible for the versatile management of insurance claims files for companies, more particularly water damage, fire, and business liability. You contribute actively to offering a quality service to our policyholders, in close collaboration with our agencies.

You will join the Benefits service for French-speaking Switzerland, composed of about thirty managers. This dynamic and committed team offers a collaborative work environment, conducive to professional development and the enrichment of your skills.

The various missions awaiting you

Manage client files of the assigned portfolio:

• Open claims files, ensure correspondence follow-up and manage telephone exchanges
• Process, follow up and validate payment of costs, including decision-making
• Instruct and follow up claims, both property and bodily injury
• Analyze cases and evaluate responsibilities with regard to the law
• Manage recourse against third parties and ensure follow-up
• Rigorously apply general insurance conditions
• Collaborate closely with the various internal services and partners, as well as provide technical support to the agencies in our network

What makes you unique

• CFC level training, completed by several years of experience in a similar position, federal diploma of specialist in insurance is an asset
• Significant experience in benefits management in Property Insurance
• Mastery of usual IT tools (MS Office)
• Perfect mastery of French, both oral and written
