As a Customer Support IT-Infrastructure, you are the central contact person for our customers' concerns in the field of IT infrastructure. In this key function, you form the interface between the customer and the System Engineer and significantly shape the success of our IT Services department. In expansion or renewal projects, you take the lead in creating offers and develop suitable technical concepts for the customer together with the team. In doing so, you always keep the quality and long-term maintainability of the solution in mind. In addition to customer contact on the phone or on-site consulting, coordinative and administrative tasks are part of your everyday life, such as invoicing, conducting negotiations, or clarifications with suppliers.
