For a rollout project in the healthcare industry, we are looking for an experienced ICT Supporter Senior (m/f/d) with experience in client rollouts, device configuration, and on-site support.
In this role, you will support the physical exchange of around 1,000 Thin Clients and 2,000 mobile devices. The focus is on clean planning, customer-oriented communication, installation and commissioning of the devices, as well as structured documentation and take-back of old devices.

For a rollout project in the healthcare industry, we are looking for an experienced ICT Supporter Senior (m/f/d) with experience in client rollouts, device configuration, and on-site support.
In this role, you will support the physical exchange of around 1,000 Thin Clients and 2,000 mobile devices. The focus is on clean planning, customer-oriented communication, installation and commissioning of the devices, as well as structured documentation and take-back of old devices.

Tasks:

• Support with the rollout and physical exchange of Thin Clients and mobile devices
• Installation, configuration, and commissioning of the clients on-site
• Client Staging and preparation of the devices for productive use
• Coordination, communication, and planning of rollout activities
• Brief instruction of users or referral to training documentation
• Structured take-back and management of old devices
• Inventory maintenance and documentation of device changes
• Error analysis and troubleshooting within the framework of the rollout
• Situation-appropriate escalation to responsible specialist departments
• Independent work organization and customer-oriented communication

Experiences:

• Several years of experience as an ICT Supporter, Rollout Supporter, or Field Supporter
• Experience in performing or coordinating computer, client, or mobile device rollouts
• Knowledge in Client Staging and device configuration
• Experience in installation, commissioning, and exchange of end devices on-site
• Experience in inventory maintenance, documentation, and take-back of old devices
• Good skills in error analysis and troubleshooting
• Independent, structured, and reliable way of working
• Customer-oriented communication and confident appearance towards users
• Ability to cleanly plan, coordinate, and implement rollout tasks
