For our AMAG Retail operation in Muttenz, we are looking for you as a Service Advisor B&P 80-100% (m/f/d).

You personally accompany them when their vehicle is back in good hands after damage, advise them regarding body and paint, and ensure that in the end, not only does the car shine again, but a good feeling remains.

What you can move with us ##

• Customer Relationship Manager: You competently care for and advise our internal and external customers, maintain active customer contact, and ensure high customer satisfaction throughout the entire service process
• Service & Order Professional: You coordinate appointments and orders, ensure optimal workshop utilization, and accompany customers from the opening of the order to complete and timely processing
• Warranty & Damage Expert: You process warranty and goodwill orders, clarify goodwill participations, and take care of the recording and professional processing of paint and corrosion damage
• Billing & Organization Professional: You take over the billing and invoicing of customer, supplier, and internal orders, monitor processing times, and ensure seamless documentation of work orders
• Sales Bridge: You conduct initial contacts, record customer needs and potentials in CRM-Pro.X, qualify sales opportunities, and present suitable offers. In doing so, you represent the company professionally and actively promote the sale of parts, accessories, and services
• Team & Brand Ambassador: You work closely with internal and external partners, promote cross-operational cooperation, manage the B&P replacement and service vehicle fleet, and use the brand's service offerings in a targeted manner.

What you bring with you ##

• Vocational training and commercial expertise: You have completed training in the field of body and paint and possess good commercial knowledge
• Experience Expert: Ideally, you already have customer service experience
• Service Professional: You are sociable, enjoy approaching people, and impress with your advisory competence and persuasiveness
• Mindset Master: You are resilient, deal positively with pressure, and always maintain a positive mindset. Your customer-oriented nature as well as your specialist knowledge and enthusiasm for the automotive industry make the perfect mix
• IT Expert: You have an affinity for digital processes, virtual customer communication, and the use of AI tools
• Driving Professional: Valid driving license Cat. B
