• You support the Head of Emergency Medical Services in the forward-looking planning, coordination, and prioritization of appointments, meetings, pending items, and deadlines, and ensure smooth organizational processes
• You accompany projects and business ventures from planning to implementation and create sophisticated concepts, reports, presentations, contracts, and other decision-making bases
• You take responsibility in the financial area, process and check invoices, keep an eye on budget development, and create meaningful evaluations and key figures
• You coordinate central administrative processes such as the emergency doctor rotation, support onboarding and offboarding, and act as an important interface for professional cooperation with internal and external stakeholders

Your experience ###

• You have completed commercial or comparable training and ideally bring further training in the field of administration, business administration, or management
• You bring several years of experience in a demanding assistant, coordination, or administration function and are accustomed to working independently and responsibly
• You possess strong organizational skills, set priorities reliably, and maintain an overview even with multiple parallel tasks, appointments, and deadlines
• You communicate with style and in an appropriate manner for the recipient, have a high IT affinity, and convince through discretion, initiative, as well as a good understanding of operational and financial contexts
