• 18 August 2026 • 100% • Indefinite duration • Kloten We are looking for a New Business Sales Manager (m/f/d) 100% ### Your area of responsibility • You actively acquire new clients for all segments of the Compass group and accompany them autonomously from the first contact to the conclusion of the contract throughout the sales process • You analyze market potentials, observe trends, identify and qualify prospects, develop adapted acquisition strategies, and convince your decision-making contacts, generally at C-level, through professional advice and tailor-made solutions • In close collaboration with the specialized internal departments, you design operating concepts adapted to client needs, present convincing solutions in complete offers as well as during live sales presentations, and conduct negotiations with confidence until the successful conclusion of the contract • Based on the operating concept, you develop the financial business cases, including investment calculations, revenue and cost structures, as well as risk management, in close collaboration with controlling and the specialized operational departments. • You present the developed business cases to the management of our clients.
