Expert/Specialist in Children's and Youth Issues, 70-90% In the Department of Social Issues in the Office for Society and Social Affairs, we steer the cantonal children's and youth as well as family policy. We work, among other things, for the strengthening of children's rights, the prevention and combating of domestic violence, and the reconciliation of family, profession, and education, and promote the cooperation of important actors in these areas. For the Department of Social Issues, we are looking for an Expert/Specialist in Children's and Youth Issues, 70-90%, at the Solothurn location, starting immediately or by agreement. Your responsibility You will take on coordinating, conceptual, and sensitizing tasks, particularly in the area of children's and youth policy. This includes topics of children's and youth promotion, children's and youth participation, and voluntary child and youth protection and prevention. In this context, you will be responsible for complex projects and the organization of events. Within this thematic area, you will create technical bases, plan measures, and control their implementation. You will, for example, lead working groups, support partner organizations, and advise municipalities and other stakeholders in the creation of structures and offers. You will negotiate, manage, and evaluate performance mandates awarded to partner organizations. Your profile You follow social and socio-political topics with great interest and are willing to take on a professionally highly current challenge with constantly changing tasks.
