Our team takes care of unique experiences and unforgettable stays. Are you our new team member who will support us as a Receptionist (60%) as of 01 September 2026 or by arrangement? You will work between Monday and Sunday in a 60% workload from 06:00 to 15:00, 10:00 to 19:00 or from 14:30 to 23:30. Your area of responsibility: --------------------- • Ensuring the workflow at the reception • Reception, care, and farewell of hotel guests • Processing and fulfilling guest requests • Check-in and check-out of hotel guests • Operating the telephone and information center • Receipt and processing of incoming reservations • Implementation of professional complaint management • Creating and processing daily closings • Maintaining booking channels • Completion of various administrative tasks • Compliance with and implementation of the <<Sorell Standards>>, hygiene, and occupational safety guidelines Your strengths: -------------- • Completed hotel specialist training EFZ or commercial basic training EFZ • Initial experience at a hotel reception • Good IT knowledge in MS-Office (Word, Excel etc.) • Very good oral as well as written German and English skills • Knowledge of the booking system Protel Air is an advantage • Teamwork skills • Front- and guest-oriented • Confident and resilient With us you will find: ------------------- • En guete Job • Dynamic working environment • Freedom for ideas and creativity • Scope for development • Corporate culture characterized by responsibility and trust
