Head Chef M/F Company description Mandated by our client, a major player in the restaurant industry located in one of the largest establishments in the Rhône plain, we are looking for a responsible position, its future: Head Chef (M/F) Job description As a Head Chef, you are responsible for organizing and planning the activity of the entire culinary department based on expected attendance. You ensure the management of stocks, orders and logistics of deliveries, anticipating the needs of teams and customers. You supervise the kitchen teams, establishing schedules, leading briefings and ensuring a positive and professional dynamic within the kitchen. You strictly ensure the application of hygiene standards (HACCP), workplace safety and proper use of equipment. You are also responsible for monitoring daily results: cost control, weekly reporting and profitability analysis. You ensure the cleanliness, maintenance and proper functioning of facilities, storage spaces and kitchen equipment. Finally, you are responsible for the quality of the customer experience, which you ensure is smooth, pleasant and warm, including during periods of high attendance.
