Technical Customer Specialist Smart Metering 100% (M/F/D)

Your area of responsibility:

• Professional receipt and processing of customer inquiries – via telephone as well as through our ticket system
• Analysis of technical and specialist questions regarding our products and services, as well as development of suitable solutions
• Initial analysis of software errors, documentation of findings, and testing of corresponding error corrections
• Coordination and follow-up of tickets and inquiries until successful clarification
• Active exchange with customers as well as with the departments of development, product management, and other specialist departments
• Construction of testing systems and automation of test processes for the continuous improvement of the quality and reliability of our solutions
• Implementation of customer training and understandable, practical communication of technical contexts

What you bring with you:

• Completed technical training at HF-/TS-level, ideally in electrical engineering, computer science, or a comparable specialist field
• Pleasure in technical questions and interest in Smart Metering, software, and backend systems
• Curiosity, willingness to learn, and the motivation to work oneself into new subject areas
• Interest in understanding contexts and backgrounds and continuously developing one's own specialist knowledge
• Quick comprehension, solution-oriented way of thinking, and the willingness to look beyond the horizon
• Independent, reliable, and structured way of working as well as pleasure in exchange with customers and internal teams
• Very good German and good English skills in speaking and writing; French skills are an advantage
