YOUR TASKS

• Prepare and make available meals, appetizers, etc.
• Service and distribution of meals on the line, during events and banquets
• Participation in the creation and development of new dishes and recipes
• Ordering of food items and beverages
• Respect and implementation of our hygiene directives
• Active participation in the guidance of apprentices

YOUR PROFILE

• You are a passionate cook with a CFC and professional experience in dietary cuisine, preferably in hospital cuisine or in a retirement home or in high-end gastronomy
• You are an enthusiastic, service-oriented and dynamic personality with a high awareness of quality and you like to take responsibilities
• You feel comfortable in a mixed and dynamic team
• Very good knowledge of German as well as flexibility and resilience complete your profile
