Employee Sales Inside Service & Customer Service (m/w/d) Your tasks: In this versatile position, you are the central contact person for our customers and actively contribute to the expansion and maintenance of our customer relationships. Your area of responsibility: Acquisition of new customers for our products and services Competent support and consulting of our existing customers by phone, email and in person Processing and administration of applications for the fuel card Creation, dispatch and follow-up of offers Professional processing of customer inquiries, complaints and concerns Support of our customers in the area of wash cards Maintenance and administration of customer, tenant and gas station master data Administration, filing and archiving of contracts and relevant documents Receipt and processing of Reka checks, cash and other means of payment Creation of evaluations, statistics and reports Support in planning and executing customer events and marketing activities Your profile: Completed commercial basic training or a comparable qualification Professional experience in customer service, sales inside service or a similar function Very good German language skills in writing and speaking French language skills are an advantage Good user knowledge of MS Office programs Experience in handling ERP and CRM systems, ideally Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Strong customer and service orientation Independent, structured and reliable way of working High level of initiative and sense of responsibility Teamwork, flexibility and enjoyment of daily customer contact
