Your IMPACT: Leadership and strategic further development of the Electric / Feller Academy for partners and customers. Management of day-to-day operations as well as responsibility for the annual training plan and compliance with EduQua guidelines. Continuous further development of the Learning Journey and ensuring an integrated learning landscape across digital, virtual, and in-person formats. Responsibility for collaboration with partners and educational institutions to develop and provide high-quality training and competency modules. Close and cross-functional collaboration with Product Management, Channel Management, as well as the Marketing team to ensure integrated competency development and targeted promotion of the Academy to support Go-to-Market, Product, and Business initiatives. Overall responsibility for budget, resources, and profitability of the Academy. Your profile: Technical, commercial, or business administration training or studies with corresponding, practical further training. Several years of sound experience in the field of Academy, Learning & Development, Training, or competency development. Experience in project and stakeholder management combined with a pragmatic, solution-oriented hands-on mentality. Demonstrable expertise in working with customers, partners, associations, or educational institutions is an advantage. Very good German, Swiss-German, and English skills in speaking and writing.
