Your tasks • You work in sales back-office at our General Agency Burgdorf • You are the first and competent contact person for our customers on the telephone and at the reception • You conduct telephone and personal consultations and specifically recognize consultation and closing opportunities within the existing customer base • You create tailor-made offers, adapt insurance coverage according to needs, and mutate customer data • You actively strengthen and expand existing customer relationships, identify cross-selling and upselling potential, and convince new customers with your open manner • You answer incoming written customer inquiries independently, efficiently, and with a focus on quality according to the specifications of Visana Your profile • You have a commercial apprenticeship and experience in customer contact or sales • You enjoy advising customers holistically, solution-oriented, and bindingly • Ideally, you have a VBV certification • You communicate clearly, friendly, and convincingly - even in demanding conversation situations • Your German skills are very good; any further language is a plus • You work in a structured, reliable, and result-oriented manner and are confident in handling common Office programs We at Visana shape the future of healthcare - with passion and innovation.
