Application Owner (all genders)

You are responsible for the operation of our Voice & Realtime Communication solutions, are a service expert for Contact Center, Voice Agents & Video Consulting, and actively contribute your know-how to customer projects as well as product development and engineering.

We are looking for you as reinforcement at one of our locations in Baar, Baden, Bern, Luzern or Zürich.

Your tasks

• You take over the functional and technical support of the services (Support, operation, release management, costs, knowledge management)
• You ensure support, configuration and operation of the services with the corresponding teams
• You analyze usage, customer satisfaction and service quality and derive improvement measures from them
• You analyze requirements and translate them into actionable solutions and support error analysis and problem management
• You take over the planning and coordination of releases

We are looking for doers

• You know your service inside and out and enjoy being an expert for our solution
• You have completed an IT-related degree or alternatively completed vocational training. In addition, you bring several years of professional experience in this area.
• You bring experience in application or product management and know IT service management processes
• Topics such as information security and data protection are familiar to you or you are interested in developing yourself in these areas
• You think analytically, solution-oriented and prefer doing rather than talking about it for a long time
• Customers and their needs are your focus
• You can organize well, set priorities and take on responsibility
