This is what your everyday life looks like ## • To the heart of it: In direct exchange with customers as well as our advisors, you answer written and telephone inquiries regarding life insurance from Western and German-speaking Switzerland and find suitable solutions.  • From application processing to contract changes, you process business transactions in new and existing life insurance business.   • You review incoming inquiries, prioritize them, and forward them to the right departments.   • You carefully implement compliance requirements regarding AIA, FATCA, GWG, sanction checks, and qualified life insurance.   • As a reliable support for the Life Competence Center, you take on administrative tasks and document business transactions in a traceable manner.   • You are an important contributor to the further development of our business processes. What you bring with you ## • Most importantly first: Your several years of experience in life insurance, in the back office, or in customer service will help you to quickly find your way into the tasks. • You have completed commercial training, ideally in an insurance environment, and have already obtained the VBV certificate. • You have completed commercial training, ideally in an insurance environment and have already obtained the VBV certificate.  • You have a proficient command of German and French; other languages are a plus.  • You work carefully and reliably with regulatory requirements and digital systems.  • The icing on the cake: You know MSG Life Factory, bring experience with compliance topics, and enjoy developing processes further.
