Chef de Service

For our new restaurant, we are looking for a Chef de Service (m/f/d) 100% immediately or by arrangement, who will actively lead and support our team.

We are looking for a Chef de Service with excellent specialist knowledge in high-end Swiss gastronomy for the renowned restaurant x1291 ächt.guet. Job requirements:

• Completed training in the field of gastronomy, preferably as a Restaurant Specialist EFZ
• Profound professional experience in high-end gastronomy
• Several years of professional experience in a similar position.
• Strong organizational, customer-oriented, and service-oriented personality
• Joy in daily contact with our guests

Area of responsibility:

• High-end à la carte service
• Contact person for personalized service and service at a high level
• Ensuring compliance with regulations and internal company specifications
• Management and organization of the entire service area
• Contact person for employees in the absence of the dining room manager
• Creation of work plans and shift planning
• Ensuring cleanliness, performing mise-en-place, and responding to guest complaints.
• Assistance with supervision and training
