Your area of responsibility: --------------------- • Responsible management and efficient organization of the reception • Friendly reception, comprehensive care and professional farewell of hotel guests • Careful execution of check-in and check-out processes • Active sale of rooms as well as continuous maintenance and optimization of booking portals to ensure optimal room rates • Competent and solution-oriented complaint management • Precise processing of reservations and careful maintenance of guest files • Ensuring smooth, cross-departmental communication and continuous optimization of internal processes • Reliable preparation of daily closings, processing of commissions, management of debtors, settlement of credit card statements and booking of cash receipts • Efficient completion of various administrative tasks • Ensuring and consistent implementation of the <<Sorell Standards>> as well as all hygiene and occupational safety guidelines • Planning, implementation and monitoring of training, leadership and qualification of employees • Active promotion of team spirit and targeted development of employees • Structured implementation of briefings and debriefings • Active participation in team and cadre meetings • Participation in the selection and recruitment of new employees Your strengths: -------------- • Basic training as a merchant: EFZ Hotel-Gastro-Tourism or completed hotel management school • 5 years of professional experience in the gastronomy/hotel industry • 2 years of leadership experience • Solid knowledge in office management and basic accounting • Strong customer orientation • Very good IT skills in MS-Office (Word, Excel etc.) • Impeccable German and very good oral and written English as well as good oral and written French skills • User knowledge in PMS such as Protel, Fidelio or Opera What we offer you ------------------ We create teams that support each other and in which you are promoted. For this position, we offer a annual salary between CHF 70'000 and CHF 72'000 (including 13th month's salary) for a 100% workload, depending on your experience and qualifications.
