A Laundry Training Manager

Your tasks:
Join our team and contribute to the management and organization of linen processing work within our laundry. As a training manager, your main responsibilities will be:

• Training beneficiaries in socio-professional integration;
• Individually supporting the beneficiaries of the measure in their socio-professional project;
• Evaluating the skills of the beneficiaries;
• Collaborating actively with the network of people providing support;
• Supervising and coordinating linen processing activities;
• Planning deliveries and managing client contacts (logistics, management of transport crates, dirty laundry bags, processing quality);
• Washing, ironing, and calendering all types of linen;
• Making appointments and scheduling machine services;
• Working in close collaboration with the administrative manager of the program;

Your profile:

• CFC as a textile maintenance manager, in hotel management-housekeeping, or equivalent training;
• Proven experience in the laundry field;
• Diploma as a Socio-professional Instructor (Maître socioprofessionnel / Maîtresse socioprofessionnelle), an asset;
• Strong interest in social and professional integration work;
• You have the following skills:

o Sense of organization and responsibility
o Autonomy, rigor, and methodology
o Excellent stress and time management
o Interpersonal skills, active listening, and team spirit
o Logical thinking and discretion

Occupancy rate: 70%
Start date: 1st November 2026
