It is mandatory so that we can process your application ☞ Tasks The role consists of acting as a strategic advisor to department heads to optimize human capital management and support organizational transformations. Strategically support 4 to 10 managers on human and organizational issues Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPI) HR Drive recruitment and talent management processes Implement transformation projects and support change Ensure workforce planning and succession management Strengthen leadership skills through coaching and workshops Guarantee equity, psychological safety, and compliance with the legal framework We are looking for Fluent mastery of French and English for internal processes Strong skills in strategic HR support and talent management Demonstrated ability to drive recruitment and workforce planning Ability to work autonomously in a dynamic and fluid environment Excellent communication and self-assertion (assertiveness) skills Our recruitment process This recruitment process is managed by Academic Work and our client wishes that all questions concerning the position be addressed to Academic Work.
